Terms and conditions

Please read the following conditions and charges carefully before placing your order.

Deliveries will not be made on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays
Delivery dates are approximate only. La Reina de las Tortillas is not able to control delivery dates once orders have been passed to our delivery partners
On receipt of all orders, a confirmation email will be sent which will include a dispatch date to indicate when to expect delivery
Our delivery service includes two delivery attempts. The third will incur a charge of 6 EUR for deliveries within Spain (see international pricing).

Our delivery service cannot provide a specific time slot, however all of our deliveries will take place between 09:00 and 19:00.
Any costs which result from us being given incorrect delivery details will be charged to the customer
In case an item which is unavailable is charged to an order, we will contact the customer to amend the order or provide a refund
